Bananas, juicy grated pineapple, coconut shreds and freshly squeezed lime juice with a cashew lime zest cream cheese topping and a splash of Caribbean rum!
Best enjoyed during cocktail hour or when you require a little spring in your step!
'Mr. Piña Colada'
Bananas, pineapple, lime, coconut, almond milk, coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger, himalayan pink salt, soft wheat flour, baking soda, dates, rum, coconut flour nectar.
Keeps for 7 to 10 days in the fridge before drying out.
Your banana bread will be OK to eat up to 14 days after purchase but may be more dry during this time. We recommend popping it in the oven for a few minutes to soften and bring back a little moisture. Then spreading with our chocolate glaze or mixed berry and chia seed jam!
Please store in an airtight container or wrap in plastic wrap for maximum freshness.
